Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed. All withdrawal requests exceeding IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) require completed KYC verification.

All ns1212 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, plus any applicable conversion fees charged by Your payment provider.
Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You may only deposit Funds from bank accounts, credit cards, or e-wallets registered in Your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned to the original payment method, minus any applicable transaction fees, and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

You may request closure of Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in Your Account (minus any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to Your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
ns1212 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account immediately and without prior notice if:
Upon termination, ns1212 may confiscate any Funds in Your Account if termination resulted from breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity. If termination is for administrative reasons or at our discretion without breach on Your part, remaining Funds will be returned to You.
If Your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months, ns1212 may charge an administrative fee of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) per month thereafter to cover account maintenance costs. We will notify You via email before implementing such fees. If the Account balance falls to zero due to these fees, the Account may be permanently closed.
